Returns & Exchanges

- You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation email.

- Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Exchanges Policy

 

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team to check availability and reserve the item for you.

- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
